Events Management Consultancy

Events Management Consultancy has Worked with Bright Vision Events to create a post-Covid Business Plan.

Like many events agencies, Bright Vision Events has faced enormous challenges since lock-down.

Despite having a very long-standing and loyal client base, very few of Bright Vision’s clients have had the confidence to proceed with events in the traditional way since lockdown in March.

The business has had to realign both its costs and its products for the new normal, whilst putting in place the foundations of a new business plan to implement a post-Covid strategy. The strategy focuses on providing Virtual and Hybrid events immediately, whilst planning to bring back traditional events with a modern twist in 2021.

EMC’s Consultancy has Led to Several Key Changes

Events Management Consultancy has been closely involved in assisting Bright Vision with re-engineering the business and developing the new business plan.

In the first major change, Eddie Hoare has stepped up as executive Chairman and Ben Hull has been confirmed as Managing Director giving the board a great combination of experience and technical ability. The team at Bright Vision is also fully supported by EMC’s experienced consultants, who between them have many years of experience in the ever-changing world of events.

New virtual events have been designed including a Virtual Escape Room, and a topical new product called Spy School has been developed. At the same time significant investment has been made in Live Streaming, greatly enhancing the business’s ability to provide virtual and hybrid conference and meeting solutions in the current climate.

The new board realises there is still a lot of work to do to deliver the company’s New Vision, however, they are confident Bright Vision is in great shape to deliver world class events in the post-lockdown world.
