These are the Heritage Clients that we are currently actively working for. Typically, our work starts off with a review of all aspects of a venue’s facilities for revenue generation opportunities, statutory compliance and business and events opportunities. We also provide a project management service to new venues or venues returning to the market or launching new facilities and products.

We then provide each venue with a complete business development package including marketing plans, sales strategies, direct sales support, competitive analysis and viability studies – everything needed to monetise the venue.

Hedsor House was originally designed by Sir William Chambers, the architect of Somerset House, with the help of King George III and Queen Charlotte. They were captivated by Hedsor’s picturesque position high above the River Thames and its proximity to London. The beautiful Georgian house was extensively renovated and restored, re-opening in 2007.

Hedsor House is an exclusive use wedding and events venue. There are also 13 superb bedrooms on the first and second floors each a perfect blend of period style and modern facilities. The rooms have all been carefully designed to reflect their rich history whilst offering the very latest in modern comfort. Hedsor is also a popular location for filming.

Since 2010, Eddie Hoare has been Hedsor House’s Executive Chairman, responsible for managing and growing the business and delivering sustainable profits.
