In addition, Hedsor House was the stunning location for Dustin Hoffman’s directorial debut QUARTET, released on 1 January 2013. Chosen by the film’s producers for its sheer character and charm, Hedsor was transformed into Quartet’s fictional Beecham House — a stately retirement home for opera singers. E+M+C were responsible for the supply of a big screen for the showing of the film in the grounds of the House.
